Damar Services has promoted: Juman Bruce (pictured), to director of CLASS; Erin Crick, to administrative director of children’s residential services; Sam Moya (pictured), to chief administrator of children’s residential services and Terry Sears, to residential director of clinical services.

Bruce is responsible for directing and monitoring adult services funded by Medicaid waivers and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (Supervised Group Living). She holds a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation.

Crick is charged with directing all operations for Damar Academy – a state-accredited freeway school. In addition to leading faculty and staff, she ensures compliance with all education requirements and fulfills students’ Individual Education Plan needs. Crick also assists with compliance with audits for Damar’s Children’s Residential and support the needs within Damar’s Children’s Residential. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ball State University.

Moya is responsible for overseeing administration and supervision of the residential management team. He began his career at Damar as a direct care staff in 2009. Moya holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Indianapolis.

Also, Sears is responsible for overseeing administrative and supervision of Residential Clinical teams. He has been with Damar since 2012. Sears holds a Bachelor’s in Criminology from ISU, a Master’s degree in Social Work from USI and is a licensed social worker.
