She previously worked in the insurance industry for more than 14 years at Brown & Brown. Brockway also previously managed health and welfare benefits for large state-sponsored organizations, where she worked closely with nearly 150 participating employer groups. Additionally, she was a member of the American Institute of Professional Group Insurance Administrators national board. Brockway attended IUPUI.
Anne Lowry (pictured) has joined the firm as a principal. She leads the Select Business Solutions team. Gibson finalized the acquisition of Elkhart-based Reach360, an investment which was announced in May 2016. Lowry was president & CEO and a founding member of Reach360. She brought her employees to the firm creating the new team. Lowry previously served as an HR generalist for Banks Corp. and Americall Group International. Before switching to the human resource field, she worked at Equifax as a marketing consultant. Lowry received her degree in business management from the University of Iowa and also attended Indiana State University Scott College of Business.
Also, Courtney Montfort (pictured) has been appointed a client executive in commercial risk management. She specializes in identifying business, strategic, and hazard risk exposures. Montfort previously worked at Willis Towers Watson for 13 years and served on the Willis Client Service Advisory Council for five years, including two years as acting chairperson. She received her bachelor of science in insurance and risk management from Indiana State University.
