Indianapolis-based ONI Risk Partners has named Kathleen Lemont commercial services manager. She brings 30 years of insurance experience to the firm where she leads the commercial client services support team. Lemont is focused on ensuring that her team listens and responds to the daily risk management challenges of business clients and executing responsive and accurate coverage adjustments on their behalf in order to keep pace with their changing business needs.

Also, Logan Valentine has been hired as an employee benefits advisor. He advises his clients on issues relating to wellness, healthcare reform, controlling costs, and employee benefits offerings including a total rewards package to recruit and retain a multi-generational workforce. Valentine is a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
