BSA LifeStructures, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, has named Kate Allen co-director of the firm’s engineering team. In that role, she partners with fellow co-director, Brian Hoagland.

Allen joined the firm in June as engineering principal-in-charge for the Denver office. Previously, she served as managing director of Deerns America and director of A/E/C Industry Surveys for PSMJ Resources. She also operated her own consulting practice for more than a decade.

Founded in Indianapolis in 1975, BSA LifeStructures focuses on architecture, engineering, interior design and planning services for facilities that support and enhance healing, learning and discovery – what the firm describes as lifestructures – BSA LifeStructures has designed facilities for some of the nation’s top healthcare, higher education and research institutions.
