Fort Wayne-based Vera Bradley has promoted Beatrice Mac Cabe to chief creative officer. She previously served as vice president. Mac Cabe succeeds Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, who will now focus on various Vera Bradley-related projects. She will also continue her work as a member of the board of directors. Mac Cabe previously served as vice president, chief creative director for the Fossil Group Inc.

Also, Kim Colby will be stepping down from her role as executive vice president of design effective September 29.
