CARMEL -

Ohio-based CareSource will Tuesday and Wednesday hold a hiring event in Carmel. The company is looking to fill 60 full-time positions that will be located at its new call center on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

The hiring event will take place at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday. Earlier this month, CareSource, along with Indianapolis-based Managed Health Services, announced plans to expand its offerings in Indiana, providing coverage in Decatur, Jackson, Grant and Wayne counties starting next year.

CareSource says it began offering healthcare services for participants in the Healthy Indiana Plan and Hoosier Healthwise programs earlier this year, along with a commitment to create 160 full-time jobs.

The hiring event is free and open to the public. Attendees are being asked to bring multiple copies of their resumes and expect to spend 2-3 hours at the event for interviews and on-site testing. CareSource says candidates can also apply online.
