The Proscenium, will include six new buildings and more than 200 luxury residential units.
In addition to the living space, the Proscenium will also feature 20,000 square-feet of retail and office space. The entire development will be centered around a 1.8-acre "Town Green" public space, which will be used for public gatherings and recreational activities.
The project is being developed by Indianapolis-based Anderson Birkla Investment Partners, LLC. The group is partnering with Ohio-based architecture and engineering firm Woolpert, which says the project could take 18 to 24 months to complete.
