Columbus Regional Health Adds Medical Director

Columbus Regional Health has added Mark Tyler as medical director of PromptMed. He completed his residency in family practice at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Tyler is a veteran of the US Army Medical Corps with military deployment with the 86th Combat Support Hospital in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He graduated from the University of South Carolina. Tyler is board certified in Urgent Care Medicine.

    • 'Unprecedented' Growth Drives Jayco Expansion

      Jayco Inc. has announced what it calls a new "mega-facility" planned at its Middlebury campus. The recreational vehicle manufacturer says the 237,000 square-foot operation will create approximately 300 jobs. Officials expect to break ground late next month. The new facility will house two additional Jay Flight travel trailer lines and help boost efficiency for other brands. Jayco was acquired in late 2016 by Elkhart-based Thor Industries (NYSE: THO) for $576 million.

    • Sun King Unveils Carmel Distillery Details

      Sun King Brewing Co.'s co-founder and head brewer says, if weather cooperates, its $4 million distillery in Carmel could open in April. Dave Colt says the facility will use a 250-gallon still to craft spirits including artisan moonshine, gin and rum. The distillery will also feature four food vendors, which the brewery says will be announced later.     • Collective Alternative Hires Misencik as Director

      Indianapolis-based Collective Alternative, a full-service marketing, advertising and public relations firm, has hired Nicole Misencik as director of client services. She previously worked for nine years as a meteorologist at WTHR-TV in Indianapolis.
