Pennsylvania-based AmerisourceBergen Drug Corp. announced plans for the 320,000 square-foot facility a year ago, saying it would bring 120 full-time jobs to Boone County.
The facility is one of nearly 30 distribution centers the drug wholesale company has in the United States. At the time of the announcement of the facility, the Whitestown Town Council approved a 10-year, $1.27 million personal property tax abatement toward the installation of more than $26 million in equipment.
The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Monday.
