CMS Corp. joins four other companies in the contract, which calls for construction projects near the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast, based in Florida.
Work detailed in the contract includes new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, repair work and any other necessary design. The work will support industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative, training, dormitory, and community support facilities.
The area of responsibility for NAVFAC includes the Florida panhandle, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The term of the contract is expected to be complete in June 2022.
The other companies involved in the contract include Kansas-based EMR Inc., Virginia-based Leebcor Services LLC, Mississippi-based MOWA Barlovento LLC, and Florida-based Whitesell-Green Inc. NAVFAC Southeast is the contracting activity.
