Elements Financial has named Dawn Bruce (pictured) assistant vice president mortgage underwriting/processing of mortgage lending. She has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Bruce previously worked at Stonegate Mortgage as vice president of retail operations. Bruce is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in management.

Also, Andy Shank (pictured) has been appointed assistant vice president of fraud investigation manager. He brings more than 13 years of professional experience to the credit union. Shank previously worked as an Indiana State trooper detective and was assigned to the FBI investigating federal violations of various white collar crime statutes during his final six years at the Indiana State Police. He is a graduate of American University in Washington D.C. and the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Shank serves on the board of directors for Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana and was appointed by Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett as a voting member of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Citizens’ Police Complaint Board.

Amanda Middleton has been named assistant vice president of eCommerce. She has more than 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. Middleton previously worked with Financial Center in a variety of roles, most recently managing director of member experience. She is an alumni of the Indiana Credit Union League’s Ignite program. Middleton was awarded the ICUL’s Emerging Leadership award in 2015. She is a graduate of Indiana University. Middleton has served for the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and is currently a volunteer literacy trainer through the Indianapolis Public Library.

The credit union has also hired Molly Barrett as assistant vice president of deposit product manager. She has more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Barrett previously worked for Fifth Third Bank in a variety of job responsibilities, with her last held position as vice president of retail product manager based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Barrett serves in various capacities for non-profit organizations, including the Jay Barrett Athletic Foundation, Kiwanis Club of Terre Haute and the Terre Haute Boys and Girls Club board of directors. She is a graduate of Leadership Wabash Valley.

Also hired, Noah Dennis as associate LPL financial advisor. He has more than 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dennis previously served as a credit analyst for commercial lending at the National Bank of Indianapolis. He earned his MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University, Indianapolis. Dennis is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the academic honors society for the study of business. He is a graduate of Taylor University in Upland.
