The city of Carmel has appointed Timothy Renick director of information and communication systems. He previously served as director of information technology for the Madison County Government in Illinois. During that time, Renick led the consolidation of all the county departments under the IT Department’s technology support. He also created and implemented plans for county-wide services and designed and ran the information security program.
