Indy IT Companies Announce Merger

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based IT and engineering professional services firm Theoris Services has announced a merger with software development firm Reliable Solutions Corp., also based in Indy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however Theoris says all RSC employees will continue under the Theoris banner.
A spokesperson for Theoris tells Inside INdiana Business the combined company will operate with more than 400 consultants throughout the world. Theoris will also be hiring for additional IT and engineering positions.
Theoris President David Lovell will continue in his role once the merger is complete. RSC President Scott Alexander will become vice president of Theoris Solutions, a new division of Theoris Services.
"As a leader at RSC, my goal has always been to provide custom-designed solutions tailored to our clients’ individual needs and cultivate a challenging, family environment for our team members," said Alexander. "Merging with Theoris enables us to better serve a more diverse, growing client base utilizing the global resources now available.”
Theoris, which is headquartered on the north side of Indianapolis, says the merger allows the company to continue to build its presence in the city’s downtown, where RSC is based. Theoris also has locations in Pennsylvania, Florida and England.
