AAA Hoosier Motor Club Adds to Board of Directors

As executive vice president of KAR Auction Services, Polak oversees strategic, legal and business planning as well as the handling of litigation, mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters. Polak is a graduate of Indiana University graduate, who earned her doctorate of jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University. She previously served as a senior associate at Krieg DeVault in Indianapolis.
Stone is senior director of commerce enterprise for the Indianapolis Airport Authority. In that capacity, the Indiana State University graduate runs commercial development for the Indianapolis International Airport. Having formerly served as chief financial officer for the IAA, Stone, past president of the Indianapolis chapter of Financial Executives International, has an extensive amount of experience in overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, capital financing, air service development and other revenue-generating functions for Indianapolis International Airport and five general aviation facilities owned by the IAA.
