Indy Hosting Water Polo Championship
Indiana University and the Indiana Sports Corp. will host eight teams at the IUPUI Natatorium beginning Friday for the 2017 National Collegiate Women’s Water Polo Championship. The single-elimination tournament runs through Sunday.
The tournament will begin at noon Friday with the number one seed UCLA facing Wagner College, followed by UC Irvine facing the University of California. Friday will also see Stanford University take on the University of the Pacific and USC facing Michigan.
The winners from Friday will meet in the semifinal games on Saturday. The championship game will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. All of the games will be streamed at NCAA.com.
