The Arc of Indiana Master Trust Promotes Gadberry

She previously served as trust administrative assistant. The organization serves Hoosiers of all disabilities, including people with physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Trust I established in 1988, helps families provide for the financial future of their loved one without affecting eligibility for government benefits. Trust II established in 1995, allows people with disabilities to fund their own trust – often with funds received through an inheritance, back payment from social security, or a personal injury settlement – allowing them to maintain eligibility for government benefits. The Arc of Indiana was established in 1956 by parents of children with intellectual and other developmental disabilities who joined together to build a better and more accepting world for their children. The Arc of Indiana is committed to all people with I/DD realizing their goals of living, learning, working and fully participating in the community. With over 27,000 members and 43 chapters in Indiana, and 140,000 members in over 700 chapters nationwide, The Arc is on the front lines to make a difference in the lives of people with I/DD and their families at the local, state and national level.
