The board of directors for Francesville-based Alliance Bancorp has promoted Shane Pilarski to president and chief executive officer. She joined the bank in 2002 and most recently served as chief financial officer. Pilarski has also served in various roles with Alliance, from loan clerk to vice president and controller. She is one of the youngest, and only the fourth female CEO in the state of Indiana. A Purdue University graduate, Pilarski also serves on the finance committee for the Community Foundation of Pulaski County and volunteers with the Francesville Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary.
