The Growth Alliance For Greater Evansville has appointed Ellen Horan president. She most recently served as chief executive officer of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce in Pennsylvania. Horan succeeds Chris Kinnett, who resigned in December in order to seek other opportunities. The Growth Alliance says Horan will lead the organization’s efforts to retain, expand, incubate and attract business throughout Evansville and Vanderburgh County. She previously served as president of The Manufacturers Association of Berks County in Pennsylvania.
