Mutual Savings Bank has promoted Jill Sweeney to vice president and mortgage loan originator and Adam Browder to branch manager of the Franklin Main Street location. Sweeney started working for the bank in 1995 and had been branch manager at the Main Street location for 10 years. Browder began his career as a teller and then served as commercial loan analyst. He is a graduate of Franklin College.
