The American Red Cross has named Rick Ward disaster program manager for the central Indiana and west central Indiana chapters of the American Red Cross. He previously served as director for the Brookside Youth Program located in Indianapolis. For the last six years, he helped managed staff and volunteers, as well as connected clients with resources in the community for Public Health and Service.
