TOMS CEO to Give DePauw Commencement Speech

Alling was named CEO of TOMS in April 2016. He has also served in leadership roles with Starbucks USA, Starbucks International, T-Mobile USA and Nestle. DePauw President Mark McCoy says Alling is "a shining example of why DePauw is considered a laboratory for leadership, and we are honored and excited that he will be sharing his optimism and energy with our graduates. He’s more than a visionary leader; his work and leadership are touching lives around the world."
Alling graduated from DePauw with a double major in economics and Spanish. He last spoke at the university in 2007 as part of the Timothy and Sharon Ubben Lecture Series, which you can view in the video below.
DePauw’s 178th Commencement program will take place May 21 in Holton Memorial Quadrangle.
