The Boone County Economic Development Corporation has named Kim Heffner director of marketing and communications. She will be responsible for developing and enhancing all channels of communications for the Boone EDC and will also complete the organization’s re-branding process. Heffner most recently served as communications and events director for the Indiana Builders Association and as a senior press secretary for the Indiana House of Representatives.
