He previously served as associate executive director of The Buckingham, a retirement community in Houston, where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Plaza, the community’s health services neighborhood. Sias has more than 20 years of experience as an administrator in healthcare and skilled nursing communities. He brings extensive experience in healthcare and a real passion for residents to his role as executive director. Under his leadership, the level of service at The Barrington of Carmel will continue to exceed the expectations of area families and seniors.
