Alliance For Strategic Growth Adds DWD Vet

Muncie-based Alliance for Strategic Growth Inc. has added to its leadership team. Joe Frank, who previously served as a policy analyst for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, has joined the organization as vice president of policy and compliance.

Frank has also served as communications director and deputy commissioner of public affairs with the DWD. In his new role, Frank will oversee policy, compliance, outreach, communications and information technology for ASG.

"Joe Frank is a consummate servant leader who will add immediate value to our regional workforce development efforts," said Mike Row, chief executive officer of ASG and the Eastern Indiana Workforce Development Board. "Indeed, Joe’s ability to implement Board strategy will enhance our provision of workforce services that result in superior outcomes for the Employers, Customers and Stakeholders of Eastern Indiana."

In addition to his roles with the DWD, Frank also served as communication's director for Mike Pence's gubernatorial campaign in 2016 before Pence was named Donald Trump's running mate in the presidential election.
