Zultanski currently serves as an adjunct instructor for the National White Collar Crime Center where he specializes in training law enforcement officers on identity theft investigations, advanced fraud investigations, and the prevention, identification and investigation of elder abuse and senior citizen financial victimization. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University – South Bend with financial and organized crime investigation being among the courses he teaches in the Criminal Justice Department. He serves on the board for Michiana Crime Stoppers and the East End Mishawaka Baseball Softball Association. Zultanski is also a volunteer mentor with Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity. He previously served as South Bend Community’s Operation Manager for its Group Violence Intervention Strategy for the first three years of implementation.
