New York-based Tiger Capital Group will manage the online auction, which will include executive office and conference room furniture and IT equipment, among others.
Tiger Group has been auctioning off ITT’s assets nationwide after the for-profit educational institution ceased operations in September. Online bidding for the assets began last week and will close "in rapid succession" beginning at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
"Large and small educational and other institutions, as well as just about any kind of office or other business will be interested in the furniture, fixtures, computers and other equipment that will be available for sale at this auction," said Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger’s commercial & industrial division. "The volume, variety and high quality of the assets will satisfy the needs of many businesses and institutions."
Among the items up for auction are various desks, conference tables and file cabinets, computers and related equipment, video conferencing systems, flat panel televisions, projectors and screens, executive gym equipment and a 2010 Fort Transit Connect van.
More auctions for ITT assets in other locations throughout the country will be held next month. You can see the full listing of items up for auction Tuesday by clicking here.
