KIB Adds to Team & Makes Promotions

She comes to KIB with a wealth of knowledge in fundraising and communications, having lead teams at WFYI and provided expertise in consulting roles. Uland will lead the organization in strategizing outcomes and positioning growth opportunities for KIB that will include business development strategy, resource development, and external affairs. Additionally, Mark Adler and Joseph Jarzen have been promoted into executive leadership roles within the organization. Adler will serve as vice president of special initiatives; overseeing various contracts that support the mission of KIB and support the expanding Community Forestry program, as well as plan and execute service projects with diverse corporate partners. Jarzen will serve as vice president of program strategy; leading strategic growth within the organization and deepening KIB’s impact by developing existing and new outcomes-based initiatives.
