The Bloomington Economic Development Corporation has promoted Anne McCombe to full-time project assistant. She had previously been working part-time for the BEDC in the position. As project assistant, McCombe will manage the implementation of projects and programs related to the Bloomington Technology Partnership, Bloomington Life Sciences Partnership, B-Start and other economic development projects of the BEDC. She graduated from the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs where she received her graduate degree in Arts Administration. Prior to that, she received her B.S. in Kinesiology from IU. McCombe previously held the position of Economic Development Assistant for the Arts & Entertainment Commission in Nashville.
