She previously worked for The Schneider Corp., Shrewsberry & Associates and Rieth-Riley Construction. Past project work includes the Honda parking lot expansion in Greensburg and the Indiana University Assembly Hall renovation in Bloomington. Pauley was a recipient of several APAI-NAPA civil engineering scholarships and attended the association’s Winter Conference as an award recipient in both 2010 and 2011. Her certification as a professional engineer, experience in civil/site design, aviation design, utility design and pavement design, coupled with her construction experience, made her an ideal candidate for the position. Pauley is a graduate of Purdue University. She’s a member of IndyCREW, Society of Women Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, and serves as a Starfish Initiative mentor. Pauley succeeds Dudley Bonte retires from the staff at the end of January, 2017.
