Carmel-based WorkHere has named Lisa Helms vice president of customer engagement. She previously served as manager of global recruiting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and as strategic account director for social recruiting website Jobvite. Helms has also served in various HR and recruiting leadership positions for Yoh, ASSIA, Tradescape and Midwest Transmission System Operator. Designed to work on Android, Apple and Amazon mobile devices as well as on the web, WorkHere is a work-life social network designed to connect employers and workers. Workers can quickly find a nearby job using a simple map. Employers can connect and instantly reach out to local workers, showing interest with their open positions.
