The restaurant plans to open a new location in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash next year.
Shapiro’s says the new location will be a combination of its flagship restaurant in downtown Indianapolis and its "Twisted Tradition" concept. In addition to the downtown location, Shapiro’s has restaurants at the Indianapolis International Airport and the Fashion Mall on Indy’s north side.
"Shapiro’s is creating a casual restaurant to meet the growing demand for fresh food prepared with local ingredients that caters to the business lunch crowd as well as families looking for a great meal," said Brian Shapiro, president of Shapiro’s. "The new restaurant reinforces Shapiro’s commitment to serving the Blue Ash metropolitan area with high-quality, delicious Kosher-style food for which we are famous."
The restaurant will also include a catering department, serving events and group business lunches.
