Hoosier Schools Among ‘Best by Salary Potential’

PayScale.com says it collected data from millions of graduates who took the website’s salary survey.
PayScale made a list for alumni with only a bachelor’s degree and another for those who earned graduate degrees as well. In the "Bachelor’s Only" category, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology was the highest ranked Indiana institution at 36, with alumni earning a median early salary of $67,500. Rose-Hulman was followed by the University of Notre Dame at 45, DePauw University at 88 and Purdue at 98.
In the "All Alumni" category, Wabash College ranked highest among Indiana schools at 22. PayScale says Wabash alumni earn a median early salary of $59,000 per year. Notre Dame followed at 36 with Rose-Hulman being ranked at 43.
