Brock Bowsher has joined Umbaugh as a manager on its school finance management team. He previously served as director of finance and operations for the Avon Community School Corp. Bowsher was also business manager and treasurer for Northern Wells Community Schools, in Ossian. He is a member of the Governmental Finance Officers Association, Indiana Association of School Business Officials, the Association of School Business Officials International, Indiana Association of School Business Officials certification program and the Consortium for School Networking.
