Indiana University East has named Evelyn Gordon director of human resources. She previously served as interim director of human resources at Central State University, located in Wilberforce, Ohio. Gordon began at Central State in 2005 as an administrative assistant in the Human Resources office. She also served as an analyst and manager for the Human Resources office. As director, she will oversee the planning, implementing, directing and administering of all aspects of human resources. Gordon received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an Industrial/Organizational Emphasis from Oakwood University, located in Huntsville, Ala. She earned her Master of Education: Administrative Specialist in Higher Education from Central State University.
