The Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department has named Mark Becker deputy director. His previous experience in city government includes serving as deputy mayor, director of community development, and director of economic development for the City of Fort Wayne. Becker continues to be owner of Becker Consulting, which provides professional consulting and community development services in the region.
