AIA Indiana Names Director

Subscribe NowBeth Wood was named membership development director for the American Institute of Architects Indiana. In her new role, she will work with the more than 700 members of the statewide architecture trade organization. Wood has worked at two of the city’s largest architecture firms, Schmidt Associates and BSA LifeStructures. At Schmidt, Wood was most recently business development director for the higher education market. She started working at BSA LifeStructures as a project architect and then became the director of talent management and later director of corporate communications. Wood is also a former adjunct professor at Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning, where she also received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture.
