He previously served as executive director of operations with Lutheran Child and Family Services, a Community partnership. In that role, Hurd was responsible for the strategic and daily operations of an 89-bed residential treatment facility, a 10 bed group home, and a comprehensive home and community based treatment program. He has a diverse background in behavioral health and social services. Hurd was a probation officer and senior manager with the Marion County Superior Court. He was also CEO of Resolute Treatment Facility and Resource Community Services. Hurd holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master of business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
