The firm also promoted Lacey Everett to government & community relations strategist. Barb joins the MIBOR staff after serving as marketing director for the Indiana Attorney General’s office. Prior to that role, she served as public information officer and outreach specialist for the office. She will be responsible for member-facing communications, engage in media relations efforts and be the primary manager of MIBOR social media activities. After more than five years in her communications role, Everett shifts her focus to advocacy issues as she steps into the newly created role. In this capacity, she will enhance awareness efforts of MIBOR’s community and economic development contributions throughout central Indiana.
