Marian University has named Kim Pohlman executive director of human resources and leadership. She comes to Marian University with an extensive background in human resources that includes more than 20 years of leadership experience at Eli Lilly and Co., serving most recently as human resources implementation leader and senior director of HR. Pohlman also has previous experience in higher education, having held multiple leadership positions at Drexel University in Philadelphia. She will direct the development of intellectual, spiritual, ethical and general effectiveness of a leadership program as well as plan, organize and direct the human resources management strategic initiatives of Marian University. Pohlman has received three Global HR Awards for her excellence in leadership.
