The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art has appointed Nataly Lowder vice president for advancement. She comes to the Eiteljorg from the Indiana University School of Medicine where, as development director, she focused on IU’s $2.5 billion bicentennial campaign. Lowder is a graduate of Butler University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Arts Administration. She received a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI, where she is also finishing a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Nonprofit Management.
Prior to her time at the IU School of Medicine, Lowder, a professional classical ballet dancer, spent many years in management and fundraising roles in the performing arts community in Indianapolis. The museum also named Bert Beiswanger director of marketing and communications. He is a graduate of the Ball State University School of Journalism and has been with the Eiteljorg since 2005.
