RQAW Corp. has named Roger Stephens and Eric Weflen partners of its Indianapolis-based consulting firm, which specializes in engineering and architectural design and implementation. Stephens joined the firm in 2014 as director of the marketing division. He also served 10 years with the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, and two years in the Indiana State Senate. Weflen is director of the architectural division. He joined RQAW in 2010. Weflen brings more than 10 years of experience to the firm, with expertise in designing and coordinating all architectural-phase services. His expertise includes municipal, justice and public safety projects. Weflen also has project experience with medical, commercial and educational. He most recently led RQAW’s design of the Posey County Jail, Greenfield Fire Station 22, Fishers City Hall site and the Washington County Judicial Center. The firm has also named Kevin Jasinski a partner. He is director of the firm’s transportation division.
