VT Industries Closing New Albany Plant

The wood window and door manufacturer did not state a reason for the closure. The company says the layoffs are expected to begin in late September or early October and be complete by the end of October.
VT Industries says all employees have been notified of the closure. The majority of the employees affected by the closure are production workers at the facility.
