iAB Financial Bank has promoted Eric Sheibley to vice president, controller and Jody Morrissey to vice president, compliance director. Sheibley has been with the company for more than 10 years. Sheibley earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Manchester University and is also licensed as a certified public accountant. Morrissey has been with the bank for more than three years. She previously worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years including management roles in loan documentation, including mortgage, consumer and commercial, as well as loan systems administration.
