Jim Karozos has joined Newmark Knight Frank Halakar as senior vice president. He is in his seventh year in commercial real estate and has provided a significant boost to the Indiana Industrial Specialty Division’s success.  Previously, Karozos held positions with Colliers International, RESOURCE, Lee & Associates and also spent 23 years in the food and beverage industry. He received an MBA from Butler University and a BA in Economics from DePauw University.
