Indianapolis-based student housing developer Annex Student Living has named Julie Elliott general counsel. She is a 2012 Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law graduate. Elliott previously served as the associate general counsel for a national real estate investment and development company. She also has served as a real estate paralegal for Bose McKinney & Evans LLP and Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe.
