Roberta Jaggers has been named president of the Indianapolis Public Library Foundation. She is taking over for longtime President Danny Dean who moved into a new role as major gifts & donor liaison. Jaggers first began volunteering at Stanford Free Library when she was 16 years old and has been working in libraries ever since.
