Construction on Greenwood Town Center is set to begin in late 2016 and wrap up in the fall of 2017.
Gershman says the development will offer nearly 700,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space. It will be located along the I-65 and County Line Road interchange. Leasing is now underway.
Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers says the project "will spur additional growth in an already strong market." He says the city’s focus on infrastructure has helped create "tremendous opportunities" for Greenwood and surrounding communities.
Gershman’s recent projects include Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville and the Giant Eagle Market District at The Bridges in Carmel.
