Junior Achievement of Central Indiana has hired Amy Tobias as director of development and Jillian Keller as special events manager. Tobias previously was director of marketing for Carmel-based UN Communications Group Inc., and  Keller most recently served as a corporate event coordinator for Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group.
