AT&T Announces New Cell Sites

As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowAT&T has added 10 new cell towers to its 4G LTE network in central Indiana. The cell sites are located in cities including Avon, Fishers and Indianapolis.
AT&T says the addition will bring faster wireless service to Indianapolis area customers.
“We want our customers to have a great experience. They’ll be able to download, upload, stream and play games faster than ever before on our 4G LTE network,” said Bill Soards, president of AT&T Indiana. “We’re always working to provide better coverage. And we’re investing in our wireless network to accomplish that.”

The new cell sites are near:
- Avon- E. Main St. and N. County Rd. 500 E.
- Fishers- Intersection of Fall Road & Sawgrass Drive
- East of Greenfield- Highway 40 and Charlottesville
- Greenwood- I-65 and E. Main St.
- Lawrence- East side of Fort Harrison State Park
- Noblesville- Union Chapel Rd. and Highway 32
- SW of Lebanon- State Road 39 and W. 200 S., Milledgeville
- Indianapolis- Highway 36 and Country Club Road, E. Thompson Road and Five Points Road, and S. High School Road and W. Mills Road
