Adayana Industry Group and Government Group provide strategy, learning, technology and measurement solutions that improve business performance of both commercial and government organizations. Ms. Parsch will oversee strategy, operations, and sales for both organizations to increase revenue and grow the businesses on a domestic and global scale.

As President and EVP at Franklin Covey, she led the company's expansion into Latin America, Europe and Asia, and was integral to building the domestic and international business model renewal and rebranding strategy.
